After being kidnapped for experimentation and rescued by Dexter in an abandoned research facility at a young age. Luna; once a normal girl who lived with her mother, was now a young but fully fledged HQ heroine with the ability to control water and fight alongside Dexter who she deeply admires.

She is a dreamer with an attractive openness to her optimistic personality and is always ready to lend a hand to those who are less fortunate like she was. She wishes to make the world a bright and safe place by aiding Dexter in his eternal quest for world peace.
